A monthly-ish love letter to the Track team.

💜 👋 Hey team 👋 💜

It’s your pals Connor and Matt here writing to you from the year 2030. We’re just about to go up and ring the bell at the NASDAQ in New York where Tracksuit will become a public company (we chose SUIT as our ticker… lol). We figured this was a perfect time to share some reflections from the last five years, what an incredible ride it has been.

We’ve accomplished incredible things together, building a globally recognised product and culture from New Zealand. It has been life-changing in so many ways for all of us, we’ve solved a ton of hard and worthwhile problems — but it definitely hasn’t always been smooth sailing.

We surpassed 1,200 employees last month!

We have offices in Auckland, Queenstown, Sydney, Melbourne, New York, San Francisco, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Tokyo and Manilla. Peaks and Pits is a weekly ritual in every single office, without fail. Our swag game has gotten so, so strong… we partnered with Nike (customer) last year and Adidas (customer) this year to release custom Tracksuit tracksuits with matching sneakers.

In 2029, Tracksuit was voted the Best Workplace out of all marketing and technology companies on the planet. Christine and the people team have scaled our culture, and we’re famous for being a place where people are empowered and supported to do the best work of their lives. Some of our ways of working are widely copied by startups and corporates alike, including:

Tracksuit has (by far) the largest and highest-quality set of brand data in the world. We are the first port of call and a ‘no brainer’ answer for anyone interested in brand strength or value. Our core brand tracker still makes up the majority of our business and it is indisputably the world’s best brand tracker. Stu, Harry, Keniel and Luke have changed the way market research is done globally by simplifying and standardising the research itself. We’ve made it super easy to draw out insights and strategy from the data, reinvented panel infrastructure, and have also made synthetic data credible.
