Yo! I’m Dan 👋

Being born & bred near the beautiful sands of Bondi, I grew up loving the beach, sun and surf 🏄‍♂️

I was the first Aussie in my family, who moved to Sydney from the Caucasus region of Russia the year before I was born ✈️

Before Tracksuit, I was a strategy consultant (for my sins) and then spent four years in venture capital, growing Blackbird’s operations team. When Blackbird led Tracksuit’s Seed funding round, I quickly realised that Tracksuit was one of the truly special, generational companies that only came around once every few years. So I jumped on board! 🎽

As a Head of Strategy & Operations, a big chunk of my role changes with each stage of the company’s growth and is dictated by which gaps need to be filled. Otherwise, I look after the strategy, metrics, operations, finance and legal areas of the business ⚙️
